Principled Cyclical Training is Knowing, and Understanding that the Explosive results COME explosively.

Even the Biggest of the Big Know this but it gets lost in translation when you read mags or talk with others.

Arnold did it
Lee Haney did it
even Olympic athletes do it.

I believe that the body Need times of Recovery, times of Moderate "cruising" intensity, and times of an Abbreviated ALL out PEAK intensity.

Abbreviated ALL out PEAK intensity is NOT just about training , that is only a fraction of it.
IT IS when you get Diet, Sleep patterns, Supplementation, and all your other requirements together.

The Body Actually responds Best to Cyclical NON linear Peaking:)

Your are able to generate "something more" this way.

And you will be able to bring much the table each time you do this ( you will see round 2 pics of me and the young man to show this)


75% of you have already pushed your selves in one way or another so its PEAK time for you. But normally you would proceed as follows.


2 Months of Moderate Intensity:
Retrieve your mind and muscle connection, enjoy getting into it again.
Conditioning your core, connective tissues and circulatory system, as well as making your nutrient absorption and protein requirement more static , predictable and principled.

3 MONTH magic time.
This where every thing is on the mark, your training is already there, but now you dial it in with Diet, Supps, and all the other things you Know you need.
You don't drink, do drugs, or let anyone get in your way, NOT EVEN YOURSELF.

Your going to be like a Soldier like an ARMY of one.


1 MONTH off.
ENJOY your self, take a break and let the Fire of Bodybuilding slowly burn Brighter knowing you understand this down to its core and are scientific about, it wise about it, efficient about it, and will be able to replicate this every time well into your older ages.
You can also have a beer or two or vacation To Mexico or South America ;)

if I am reading this right you say cycle your BBing. One month off, then ease back into it for a month with moderate intensity, then the 3rd month hit it full force?

So are we not to workput at all in the month off?
 
can i assume that we are entering the 3 months of "magic time"?

this is interesting, i'm not sure if i can psychologically handle 1 month completely off

Cardio , swimming and Push ups is about all you need.

Well, the cyclicality makes the whole thing seem a lot more do-able. If you have to "pour it on" 12 months out of the year, things get rather difficult at least for me.
 
Do we not lose size when we stop the weights and just do swimming cardio and pushups?
 
for only 1 month?
The body is much smarter then that :)

you may lose some strength, and maybe a couple of pounds

but the Time off allows for complete Healing of connective tissues that may have been challenged, gives your mind a break, and allows you to bring more tot he table each time.

YOU GAIN more then you lose.

Also the Pushups and Cardio 2-3 times a week will pretty much keep everything working bro
 
got it. You are riight. this really does go agaist a lot of the main stream thinking. I am o board but have to rethinkg ad reprogram my mind for this.
