R rrwwdd Member Mar 6, 2003 #2 EQ 400mg/wk 1-10 Primo 200mg/wk 1-10 Due injections monday and thursay, mix the 2 together. This will make a nice beginner cycle Keep protein at 1.5 x body weight.
