I'm currently in my second month of the lean muscle stack from primordial. I've had a problem with getting myself in proper shape, my diet wasn't the greatest but I did work out at least 4 days a week. When I started i was 225lbs (6'6") I wanted something to keep my weight up but cut the fat. After 4 weeks of using primordial I dropped a little better then 4% body fat and still weighed in at 223Lbs. here are the day 1 pic and the day 25 pic. These pics were both taken at 10am before work out. I've always had a hard time with lean muscle and this has worked out extremely well. The only other thing I was taking with the lean muscle stack is NOS blend from vitamin world.
during the first month I kept to a strict diet, but also fell off a few days (drinking and pizza) I also travel for work and had a hard time finding a gym and getting up to the 400 grams of protein a day. I think the results could have been better if I staid at home for the entire month.
