Just wanted to publicly thank Pp and Eric for the super quick turn-around. I ordered the new Sustain Liqua-Vade and some other producuts end of last week and now I have the products in my hands, less than a week after ordering! Liquid Sustain kinda tastes like cough meds but if it's as good as the topical (minus the smell) I am sold.
Now let's see how this Beta-Alanine works.

Hell yeah bro!!!

Beta Alanine is the shit. Take 3-5g a day, but spread the dose out into two or three servings. it can cause some tingling like a niacin flush, but spreading the dose will cut down on this.

The effects of BA are accumulative so dose it everyday and in a few weeks it will kick in. It gives some killer endurance. It will hit you one day out of the blue and you will suddenly start grinding out reps with little fatigue. It's one of the few supps that does deliver.

I am not a pre-workout drink/shake/snort off the balcony rail- kinda guy. I pretty much take my supps in the morning with my breakfast and morning coffee and that's it for me. But OH MY EFFFING G was this Beta Alanine stuff amazing. Like I said in the original post, I just received the goodies from Pp so I decided to make my usual cup of pre-workout coffee and add the BCCA's and Beta to it to see what would happen. Well by the time I got to the gym (45 minutes later) I was already warm all over and just a little aggressive but in a good way. I did my customary 15 minute treadmill warm-up and was already starting to feel a ridiculous mental focus as I was envisioning the workout to come which was going to start off with dead lifts. By the time I got to the Oliy bar to start warming up for deads I was already fired up and mentally in the final set. I tore through my first few warm up sets ending at 315lbs for warm ups. It felt so light that I started my first working set at 405lbs I'll be damned if it wasn't lighter than the 315lbs. Long story short, I hit an all time personal best of 625lbs for 2 solid ass reps and still had gas for more. I didn't want to tear anything so I moved on to the next exercise and damn I was so fired up I started bent over rows (ala Dorian Yates 70 degree angle) at 315lbs for 12 reps and ended at 405 for 8 solid reps. Dumbell rows were at 125lbs 3x12. I am usually sucking wind during DB rows because it's twice the work but not today. My breathing was totally under control and even though I was sweating a lot I was not even close to being fully physically taxed like I usually am during this exercise. There was more to the workout but I wont bore you with the details.

The amazing thing to me is I am in pre-P.C.T. right now and haven't had Deca in 5 weeks and testo. E. in 3 weeks, just Proviron at 50 mgs ED and Sustain.
Anyway, I am super impressed with this Beta-Alanine stuff and will be using it regularly as part of my pre workout ritual.

And for what it's worth, this is AAS related so it should be back in the AAS forum because this post deals with a OTC supp that helps during P.C.T.
