Im on day 24, Im also using endoamp and lipoflame.
I am using the stack to "body comp shift". Im not trying to add 30lbs of muscle, Im trying to cut fat and add a few pounds of LBM for summer league basketball.
Even with my cals cut, carbs mod, and protein HIGH, my lifts are going up still. I am getting more vascular in my arms, recovery (except for the other day, first practice of bball) is GREAT! So far things are going well. I have only lost 4 lbs in the last 3 1/2 weeks, but I am losing fat and doing cardio 6 days a week, plus bball, so I know I am heading the right way. My calipers at home cracked somehow so I dont have an update on my BF but I can tell you I am making progress.
