First a quick background on why I'm asking about this. I've been training for a pretty long time, but I've not gotten the results i'd like for different reasons. Been "partying" to much, been doing martialarts at the same time as bodybuilding which probably caused me to halt my progress due to too much training. Any way, during the last months I've made some serious progress, not by gaining so much weight, but I've grown bigger. I'm currently at 243lbs and I seem to be stuck. I've decided to go with 1 month on, one month off gear. So now during summer I would like to get a little more shredded and I have some Primobolan laying around, about 20ml. Is that to much to use in 1 month or how much is the suggested amount to use per week? I'd like to gain mass if possible during this time.
