Primobolan And Winny?

I am thinking of doing a cycle of primobolan and winny! i want to lean up and gain some quality mass that i will keep affter im done my cycle. what results can i expect? like how much wieght will i gain? fat will i loose? how much muscle will i keep? thx! :)
 
I'm doing this now it takes 2-4 weeks for primo to kick in so i can't give you any accurate answer but 'm coming back from alot of time off and massive weight loss from being ill.. and it's coming back quick. It seems clean, and sides free for the most part..My research says it's a great lean mass cycle, and potentially a little more than just lean if you push it hard

What dosages are you running??
 
started at 400 per week primo
50mg winny eod

next week going to 600/w primo

May wind up going to ED on winny as from what i understand eod screws with your system really badly
 
you need to be doing the winny every day or you need to stop using it. The half life is very short and the doseage is usualy split into different time throughout the day usually every 6 to 8 hours.
 
Can somone answer the original post? how much wieght can i expect to gain? how much fat will i loose and how much mass will i keep once i am off? i know every one is diffrent but about what can i expect?
 
N0 one can answer that with any amount of certainty. It will depend on your diet, your work out and how your body responds. As afe as what you maintian, what are planning for PCT? what kind of diet will you stick to post cycle?
 
I am 5"11 205 and i would guess around 15-16% bf.

Diet- 7:30- 2 scoops protein, oatmeal
11:00- 2 chicken breast in a rap, 500ml milk
2:00- 2 scoops protien
5:00- 1 can of tunna in a rap
8:00- 2 scoops protein
12:00- 1 cup cottage cheese, oatmeal,some kind of meat
 
The bottom line is it could be 5 lbs or 25lbs

it depends on you, your genetics, training, intensity, diest, dedication, timing, etc.. could be a very wide range
 
Oh and i will be working out one body part a week i may hit chest 2 times a week? im be doing 5-8 reps for my hole body but my legs i will do 8-12. I will be doing things like bench press, squates, dead lifts, leg press all basic things.
 
lol alright listen. i see what ur saying but im sure that somone can tell me about what i can expect to put on? keep on when im done and how much fat i will loose? that all im asking! i get what you are saying but i know somone can tell me about what i can expect or what ther results wer. guess give me the avg lol like comon!
 
Its a first cycle. im 205 5"11 about 16% body fat. i will be eating around 300g of protein a day. My work out will be 5-8 reps upper body and 8-12 on lower. I use all free wieghts and work my hole body. im naturaly have a small frame. i will be working my body once a week except i will hit my chest 2 times a week because it is my weak point at the moment. i will be using clomid, nolv and trib once i am done my cycle and i will continue to eat a high protein diet!

now with this info make an educated guess on my quesstion? that all im asking for!
 
i dont realy need to use both clomid and nolv i dont think cuz primo and winny dont convert to estrogen so i may only use one?
 
This was my first cylce 3 years ago:

600 mg primo week
50 mg winny EOD day

8 week cycle. I started at 210 went up to 225 and mainatained at approx. 220 after pct and cycle was over. If you are looking to gain weight your cals look to be very low, if you are cutting you won't gain much weight with this cycle. BF % pre cycle was approx 13 % after cycle was Approx 11%. I was taking in about 3700 clas per day.

wrong reason but this is true. Now I know why you can't fugure out what you will gain :worried: No offense. You can expect 5 - 10 pounds. Hard to say, you gave what you will eat, (good clean diet BTW, but I would include also a bunch of fruits & veggies) but not how many calories or how much cardio you will be doing. Fat loss is strictly a function of diet and activity (cardio). Many times when you see a person's %BF drop due to a cycle its not necessarily that they lost fat but increased lean muscle mass, so very if you are not running a slight calorie defecit you will not loose fat just increase muscle. Study up on proper PCT, why we do it and how it works. This is as (if not more ) important that the research you do to choose your gear especially if you want to keep your gains.

how old are you? you need to stick around and read more. NO ONE can tell you how much muscle you will gain or body fat you are going to loose, so stop asking. keep reading and researching, but that does look like a decent cutter or a little lean mass gain cycle. again how old are you?
 
Man you will gain 30 pounds of muscle and shred 10 pounds of fat and your body fat will decrease by 5% therefor making you abs pop out. There is that what you were waiting ot hear.
 
Oh we have a real joker in the house! i know what to do i just have never done it so i dont know what to expect! i was asking. i know all about how to cycle and all that crap i just have never done a cycle. what cycle would you do if you wanted to gain some good lean! mass and not loose it all affter ur cycle is over? i am sensitive to estrogen so i dont think i will be runing ne test even deca is risky but i was thinking deca and winny? iduno what do u guys think?
 
what stack would you do to put on mass that can be kept affter your off and wont cause alot of water gain? i know a bunch of my budies who have done shit but they lost alot of wieght once they wer off for a couple months. I think thats a wast of money. I realy want to put some good size on my chest! and feel hard! im not a big fan of the puffy look.
