No offense. You can expect 5 - 10 pounds. Hard to say, you gave what you will eat, (good clean diet BTW, but I would include also a bunch of fruits & veggies) but not how many calories or how much cardio you will be doing. Fat loss is strictly a function of diet and activity (cardio). Many times when you see a person's %BF drop due to a cycle its not necessarily that they lost fat but increased lean muscle mass, so very if you are not running a slight calorie defecit you will not loose fat just increase muscle. Study up on proper PCT, why we do it and how it works.
