Primo, Winny, Var Cycle

Can I get some feedback on this cycle?

I'm 220lbs, 31 Years Old, Have lifted for about 3 years off and on. This will be my second cycle, first one was deca only years ago. I'm a little overweight and have started a very high protein low carb low cal diet and plan on lifting 3 times a week and doing cardio 3 times a week with this cycle. My biggest question is will I lose fat and gain muscle on this cycle? I can get more Primo if I need it. I'm looking to lose 20lbs of fat and gain 10-15lbs of muscle.

Week 1-4 Primo 125mg twice a week, Var 30mg ED
Week 5 Primo 125mg twice a week, Var 30mg ED, Winny 25mg ED
Week 6-8 Primo 125mg twice a week, Winny 25mg ED
 
wks 1-8 Primo 300mg
wks 1-4 Var 30-40mg ED
wks 4-8 Winny 50-100mg ED
wks 1-8 Clen start off at 20mcg and go up to 120mcg, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

eat right and do cardio and you will see nice results.....

No. To be honest, you'll make some gains; but you won't lose fat. You gotta be about the diet - diet -diet. I'm on the tail end of my cycle that looks like this:

week 1-10 - prop (100mg/EOD)
week 1-12 - primo (100mg/EOD) <--helps with the prop pain
week 1-6 - winny (80mg/ED)
week 6-12 var (80mg/ED)
week 1-12 dex (1mg/ED)

Clomid for PCT; with tapering down with primo and var the last 2 weeks (since they don't hinder natural test - as I read and researched)

I've become solid and my muscle gains have been nice. I dialed in my diet and lost 10lbs of body fat before I gained it back in SOLID muscle. I'm no expert as this was my 1st cycle, but my results and experience was a great one so far.
 
How much is your bf %? Before you start a cycle your bf should be below14-15%. Then you'll see much of the gains that you'll make. To reach that bf % Focus on your diet, rest and training.
 
Bro, you can loose those pounds if your diet is on point, but it is very unlikely you will gain the lean mass. If you lift more than 3 times a week, your goals will be much easier to obtain. Remember that the more lean mass you have, the more calories you burn. That will be a great advantage for you in your quest. You'll need more lifting of weights to obtain that lean mass. I wish you the best though. :)
 
When/if you get your diet right, then you need to think about this:

1. Var or winny not both. Doubling up on 17aa orals is not very liver friendly.

2. Once you pick between Var and Winny, run it a minimum of 6 - maximum of 8 weeks.

3. 50 mgs Winny or 50 mgs of Var should be your dosage.

For the goals that you listed I'm not that wild about your plan. You need to lean down BEFORE starting your cycle IMO. Drop 10-15 lbs first. Also, I feel that your doses may be on the lower end BUT if you are comfortable with them, by all means run it. IMO 250 mg of primo a week is a waste. Primo is a weaker AAS and most ppl will run it in excess of 500+mg/week. That is assuming of course you have legit primo (it is HIGHLY faked) As for winstrol, I have always run 50 EOD or 100 E2d. Many will tell you it works best by taking it ED becasue of the 1/2 life (about 9 hours) and I am inclined to beleive that statement. Given that Winstrol and Var are both liver toxic (17aa based) you may not want to stack them @ the same time. However since you cycle is 8 weeks it would be tough to split them up and allow a run long enough to fully benefit from it. When I ran Var and Winstrol I ran Var for weeks 1-8 and Wintrol 9-14.

Also, I do not think that your drug selection will yield 10-15 lbs of muscle in 8 weeks... That is a substantial amount of muscle to gain in a short amoutn of tmie w/a weaker AAS selection. If you want to stay in the 8 week range, and gain and optimal amoutn of muslce I would run test and NPP or test and tren.
