Primo - Tabs or Inject?

Primo Tabs or Inject?

What's up guys?

Age: 30
Height: 5'11
Weight: 172

Cycle History: I've done a few little test cycles here and there... test with NPP - Nandrolone PhenylPropionate - - Nandrolone PhenylPropionate - .. Test NPP, Dianabol - methandrostenolone - ... nothing crazy... I am just looking for a boost, and to harden up somewhat... I'm @ ~10% bf now... lean, abs, vascular in the waist etc...

The last cycle I did was a 3 weeker of Primobolan - methenolone - , Dianabol - methandrostenolone - , and Winstrol - stanozolol... I ran the Primobolan - methenolone - for 4 weeks... the Dbol for the first 2, and finnished off with the Winstrol - stanozolol... for a week... I ended up gaining/keeping around 6lbs... and hardened up somewhat... I was very happy with that... I prefer to train with little juice... as a means of offsetting my piss pour genes... and yes I KILL it in the gym...

That said... I planned on doing the following:

week 1 - Primobolan - methenolone - - 350mg / week - Dboll - 30mg/day
week 2 - Primo - 350mg / week - Dboll - 30mg/day
week 3 - Primo - 350mg / week - Winny - 50mg/day
week 4 - Primo - 350mg / week - Winny - 50mg/day
week 5 - Primo - 350mg / week - Anavar - 30mg/day
week 6 - Primo - 350mg / week - Anavar - 30mg/day

Finish off with Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - and Arimidex...

The problem is... I got Primo tabs, rather then inject... I'm assuming that I can switch it up... as it was just an error/oversight... but I was just curious if you guys thought I could just use the tabs instead? What do you guys thing?

While I'm here... I may as well post what I planned on eating too... :)

6:00am - 2 glasses of water... 3000mg Vit C... a Multi Vit... Ummm dandelion root or watershed depending if I wanna cut up... but right now... it's just that.... although I might pic up some BCAAs....

8:00am

1 scoop(s), Dymatize Proline Elite
1.5 cup, Berries
0.5 cup, Quaker Oats
1 cup, Skim Milk
2 tbsp, Udo’s Choice
1 tbsp, Honey

*** Blend it... Drink it... Yum...


11:00am

1 cup, 2% Cottage Cheese
1 cup, Berries
1 Bagel, Whole Wheat (I know Anne... but bagels are good.. and I'm growing.. leave me alone... lol)
1 tbsp, Butter

*** MAN this meal is tasty.. and I LOVE bagels... MMMmmm

2:00pm - Pre Workout

5 oz, Chicken Breast (no skin)
1 cup, Broccoli (raw)
1.5 cup, Brown Rice (cooked)

*** Fills me up... the rice is awesome pre workout...

5:00pm - Post Workout

2 scoop(s), Dymatize Proline Elite
1 bottle of gatorade

*** I just pour it into my vanilla protein... it's a nice mix of protein and carbs.. no fat here... cuz I don't wanna slow absorption... The gatorade is an AWESOME source of simple carbs... and is a SHIT LOAD cheaper then any of those other carb drinks... This is usually where I'll take 5g Creatine, and 5g of Glutamine... if it's a non training day... I won't have the gatorade... and I take the creatine, and glutamine in the morning with the water...

7:30pm

175 gram, Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 cup, Broccoli (raw)
1.5 cup, Brown Rice (cooked)

*** Why do I measure my beef in grams... I dunno... I'm a weirdo.. but it's ~5 oz.. :) Pretty tasty meal... if you spice up the meat..... the carbs are a little late there.. but I need the calories...

9:30pm

1 scoop(s), Dymatize Proline Elite
1 tbsp, Udo’s Choice

*** The whole deal is roughly 3200 calories... in a 30/40/30 ratio in favor of carbs...

As for training.. I'm doing a 4 day split... On/On/Off/On/On/Off/Off

Day 1:

Flat Barbell Bench (5 x 5)
Incline DB Press (3 x 8 - 10)
One Arm Cable Press Downs (2 x 8 - 10)

Weighted Dips (5 x 5)
DB Skull Crushers (2 x 8 - 10)
Cable Press Downs (2 x 8 - 10)

Day 2:

Deadlifts (5 x 5)
Wide Grip Pull Downs (3 x 8 - 10)
One Arm Dumbell Rows (3 x 8 - 10)

Barbell Curls (5 x 5)
Preacher Curls (2 x 8 - 10)
Dumbbell Hammer Curls (2 x 8 - 10)

Crunches 4 sets Max

Day 3:

Rotator Cuff Warmup/Band/DB
Standing Shoulder Press (5 x 5)
Arnold Press (2 x 8 - 10)
Lateral Raises (2 x 8 - 10)
Bent Over Lateral Raises (2 x 8 - 10)

Skipping As Long As I can then break... do this for 20 minutes
Crunches 4 sets Max


Day 4:

Squats (5 x 5)
Leg Extentions (3 x 8 - 10)

Romanian Dead Lifts (5 x 5)
Leg Curls (3 x 8 - 10)

Skipping As Long As I can then break... do this for 20 minutes

Crunches 4 sets Max

What do you kids think??

Sorry... that was a little long eh? lol ;)

But ya... I was just wondering how effective 2 25mg tabs ED would be over 100mg of inject EOD... the primo isn't 17aa so I'm not too too worried about that... but I'd much prefer to just inject the shit...
 
I don't like the tabs at all stick with the inject I would do the primo at least 500mg a week for 10 weeks.
 
Well, he says he got the tabs.

Simple answer -- use 200mgs a day of the P tabs and just add a little test -- 250 a week.

In either case you should not need Nolva.
 
Sweetness... it's ok... they said they'd trade up the inject for pillz... so I should be good to go anyway.. :) Thanks a lot though gents.. I really appreciate it...

and MAN.. I just LOOK at Dbol and my nips itch.. :S
 
Tabs are fine but the routine is not too well. 5x5's and 2 sets at 8-10 for a lot of your exercises isn't enough to build much mass. Try 4 sets of everything at 12-15 reps. It will build A LOT more mass than doing low reps.

You might want to drop the dianabol , winstrol, and anavar and just stack in 250mg of testosterone a week for 8 weeks with that primo, Your liver will thank you.
 
Ya... true enough... this is what I'm doing now training clean... to be honest I didn't even contemplate how I'd train when on... I was thinking of going 5 x week and hitting one body part a day...
