Primo Questions - And Cycle Dosage ??'s

I want to do a Primo/Winny/Fina cycle this summer and I need some Primo help. Only Primo I can seem to find is IP tabs. I live in AZ so I can go to Mexico, can I get REAL Primo there? What should I look/ask for? What dosages should I run these 3 at and for how long. I will be doing Clen at the same time.
