No flame here, but if you are asking those questions about Primo you should not even be contemplating any AAS use at this time. 
You should reasearch more. But to answer your questions, Primo is oil-based, no you can not drink it 
It's hard to find because the original manufacturer of it has stopped producing it and they held the patent to it, so no one else could produce it. Now that their patent has expired some companies/labs are producing it.

If U don,t want to inyect go for Primo 50mg/tab from Ttokkio. It,s great but a little expensive.
