primo or winny

I love the strength gains from winny as well as the look, however, the joint pain is intolerable. Will primo work as well as winny. I am 6 2 155, 3% body fat. I usually stack with Deca.
 
I def get way better strength gains from winny, deca should help the joint pain, also but some OTC for your joints.
 
What do you have against test?? No offense, but winny, primo, and var are what a lot of girls use... and at 6'2'' 155 most girls are bigger than you are. If you really want to get big you need to start running some heavier stuff. Run something like Test/deca/eq. You waste too much money trying to bulk with things like primo and var.

To answer you question - winny is stronger than var. However, if you take 50mg/var per day and stack with deca you'll be happy. Primo is an excellent drug and stacks well with deca or var or low doses of dbol. If you ran a cycle of 400mg deca/week 400mg/primo/week and 40mg var/day for 10 weeks you will be very happy with the results.

To answer your initial question: primo will work somewhat like winny - you won't feel the same strenght gains, but you'll get the same size - without the sides. But you'll have to run at least 400mg/week. Good luck.

Agreed :o....At 6' 2" and a mere 155 lbs I think your money is MUCH BETTER spent in FOOD :o
 
3% b/f if you do a cutting cycle theres gonna be nothing left. However If this is a serious post I would do a tren/test/var cycle

I only wanted to know which worked stronger, by the way the girls i have sex with weigh about 100 lbs. I am stacking it with Deca and Sust, i only was looking for a substitute for winny cause of joint pain. Thanks for the advice, but easy with the insults guy, I already look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club, I just want to look like he did in Troy. Cause in case you didn't know thats what girls who weigh under 155 are attracted to. Also my buddy is an all american strong safety 6 0 215 benches 500 only will use winny or var, tried deca once. Its more money because it is quality and harmless.

Like I said, not trying to offend you bro. Just trying to offer some constructive criticism to help you get swole. 155 at 6'2 is REALLY thin. Im sure Pitt weighs at least 160 and no way he's 6'2''... so he's bigger than you are. To answer your origional question... I'd take primo over winny considering you're gonna stack it with deca/sust. But 400mg minimum on the primo... I say go 600mg, but if you go less than 400 forget it.

I wouldnt expect primo to be much different than winny as far as strength gains. If you really want to gain a lot of strength while cutting then you'd be better off with tren.

buddy he gave you excellent advise....he told you should spend more money on food....rather than waste money on anabolics..when, in fact, you will gain virtually nothing when you are not eating enough....

Primo is a much better drug than winny IMHO, but it is both more commonly faked and more expensive.
 
Not that I'm calling bullshit or anything, but how about posting a pic...I'd be interested to see what 3% BF looks like. And no...I'm not being a smart-ass...I'm seriously interested in how your stats translate into a physique. 6'2" 155 sounds very skinny comparing to myself at 5'9" 168 and ~9% BF

3% bf is a bout what a Mr. Olympia ON STAGE looks like...It is NOT a percent ANYONE can maintain for any length of time...:o

Whoever he got the test from tested it a bit low...:o
A VERY LUCKY LOW percentage might be around 6% (and that would be VERY LEAN at that...)

I dont have to see his or anyone elses pics to know that...NOBODY maintains a 3% bf...Not even starving Ethyopians...:o

I haven't weighed myself in water, but when they pinch test me thats what they say. what is the big deal, and your wrong, most sprinters are around 3-5%. How would you measure it.

How can you measure other than being pinched without spending a grip. Thats what I was told when they did the pinch test. Obviously I have less fat if I weigh so much less than you.

The guy was being a complete prick man. He didn't even offer advice just a weak insult. And I had never even fired back at anyone yet. I'm a little edgy I thougth you guys would be the one group of individuals that could understand. I just wanted straight advice about cutters.
 
When I said "skinny" I meant to imply scrawny skinny not low BF skinny. Just because i weight more than you doesn't mean I have more BF...ever consider I might have more muscle mass?

That depends on how much you want to spend for accuracy purposes...

The best results will be via hydrostatic weighing, or maybe in the "BodPod".

But for most guys the caliper tests are practical and accurate enough...(though they can usually vary about +/- 3% (and that is with a GOOD tester...)
I am not trying to insult you, I'm just pointing out that noone is going to be 3% BF (your result came via the +/- 3% error more than likely...)
I seriously doubt even sprinters would fall in a range THAT low :o

If what Terminator said is tru my test is plus or minus 3 so It could be more like 6, he seems to know his stuff. I'll try and find a digital camera if its so important to you. we can compare pictures. I'll let you know.

At 6% bf the muscle definition seen would be similar to a detailed musculature anatomy chart :)

In other words, you would be ripped up pretty good :D

If they aren't good then it could be all over the board. I'm not saying you're not 3% but I'd really like to see what 6'2" 155 3% looks like cause I just can't imagine it...not only low BF but also must be low muscle too...or you've got very light bones. I've never claimed to be a big dude but I have a little meat on my bones.

See youre torso is much wider than mine naturally, as well as your shoulders. You have a more broad shoulder/ chest look. My arms and back are my strengths. And by the way I weighed 140 before I did my first cycle, a year ago. My legs are very thin too and thats alot of weight. Yes I probably have light bones because I have always weighed so little that even my doctor wouldn't believe it because I didn't look it. Working on finding a digi camera.

If you are more interested in size then Deca and Sust are PLENTY :o
Winstrol isnt the best choice (for sheer size) imo...But certainly could be used in conjunction with proper eating to gain some decent size...

I dont know what you specific goal was though, so I couldnt say for sure...But if you want more size then I think the Deca/Sust combo is PLENTY...
 
Winny is typically used to cut and get definition. So if you're 3-6% BF then you really don't need it and your efforts and resources are better spent on adding size. I can't speak for Deca but sust is a nice choice for adding lean mass. Maybe sust and EQ would strike a nice balance?

I've dabbled a little. Sust and Tren for 8 weeks about 2 years ago...lost 75% of it cause I had poor PCT. I finished 6 weeks of var @30mg/day a few months ago...gained ~8lbs and kept most of it. Those pics are after 2 weeks of CKD starting Jan 1...made all the difference in the world. I'm down to 168 which is the least I've weighed in a couple years but I'm also leaner than I've been in a long time too. I'm ramping up my triathlon training so staying lean and ditching extra weight is important...who wants to carry around 10lbs of BF for a 3-5 hour race?

i have muscle but by no means do I think I am big. I have no ass and my legs are real thin. Like I said I am about as big as brad pitt in fight club, i got much longer arms though, and a narrower torso. I'll get a pic. The point is I am trying to get big, so if you can help me out I'd appreciate it.
