Okay, primo doesn't necessarily mean permanent gains, but far more permanent than other AAS, the reason is because there is far less inhibition caused by primo. To maximize the permanence of gains, stack it with a class II that will not cause much inhibition either, Anavar is an example.

I would stack it with winny(50mg/ED/6-8 weeks) and EQ(400mg/week/12 weeks), both are also very good when keeping gains and will give you a good hard look. Good Luck.

Using Primo by itself is almost useless unless you use huge (and expensive) dosages. Maybe you should try tren and primo. God I would've loved to use the primobolan/parabolan stack back in the day.

Primo...400mg per week for 10 weeks.
Tren...80mg per day for 10 weeks.
Clomid...taken as normal post cycle.

Week 1-10 Test 1000mg per week
week 1-10 primo 400mg per week

Nolvadex on hand

HCG weeks 11-12

Anavar 40mg ed weeks 15-25

Just a little curious what is the intention of the anavar are you going to be cutting at that point, or is it just to maintain what you have gained as a bridge?

Primo + Anavar would illicit very permanent gains due to the fact that they do not inhibit the HTPA axis to the degree that other AS do.
