Primo cycle (input plz)

hey all!
stats: 6ft5,230lbs,20% or so bf
planning on a 12 week cycle of primo depot at 400mg a week.
breaking the bank for this cycle and i hope it's as good as satchboogie claims, i know the bro loves the stuff!!!!!!
thinking of adding eq 75mg eod for weeks 1-12
i have winny and would like to do 300mg weeks 8-12
i know that this might not be an ideal length of time for the winny but i am very paranoid about the joint pain i have been reading about so this is my reason for waning to only do it for 4 weeks.

to summarise the cycle:
primo depo - 400mg weeks 1-12
eq - 75mg eod weeks 1-12
winny depo - 300mg weeks 8-12

your educated opinions would be much appreciated!!!!
 
First off you will love Primo. I have had greatr results with it. I have done a similar cycle I used Primo and Eq for 12 weeks. I had great results with intense vascularity. I wouldnt do the EQ EOD you can get 200mg per ML and do it twice a week for 400mg per week. This will give you optmal results with min... puncture wounds.

I am currently in a cycle using winny and have experienced very little joint pain. I am in week 5 of it. I had some pain in my elbow, but it is gone. Winny is the shit, best pumps ever....

i did'nt think of taking eq that way and its a great idea.
i have a fukked tendon in my elbow which has hindered my progress at times due to inflamation but i seem to past this now and am making outstanding strength gains.
this is why i am so paranoid about using the winny!!!!!
rugby really messed my elbow up.....!!!

so what sort of gains have you experienced?
 
What is your cycle history?

Maybe I'm wrong here, but I would think the guy would need to get his diet in check first. 20% bodyfat seems pretty high. You'll notice the effects of the Eq and Winny much better once your bodyfat % is lower. Just something to think 'bout before you get started.
 
I dont remember the exact gains. I have done many different cycles. I remember the strength and dense muscle mass I gained. I have pics of the cycle some where. I take before and after pics for each cycle.

I would tell you that if your diet is tight and you run primo/Eq you can gain 12-17 pounds of solid muscle. Ensure you are taking in enough protien and your diet is tight.

I would leave the winny out of the cycle....

i am going to do same with regards to before and after pics.
yeah i have come to the same conclusion about the winny, really dont want to risk re-injuring the elbow.
 
alpine: yeah it is pretty high hence the reason i am on a clean calories controlled diet but i want the boost in muscle growth whilst leaning out this is the reason for this cycle.
i have taken a sus,deca and winny in 2 previous cycles for a totally different goal in the past.
 
Don't know how many cycles you've done but I think that sustanon is always a great base, I didn't see much bloat on small doses and its great value for money at 250mg per amp.

I am going with EQ/Primo/Clen for my summer cycle. I am finishing a 10 week Omna and Winny cycle in 4 weeks. I will wait 8 weeks (April) and Start a 12 week Eq/Primo cycle. I am going to try clen at the end to get that BF gone...


Keep me up on how your cycle goes....
 
mass: i have taken sus in the past and got those flu symptoms which has detered me from using it again......i did put on some solid size gains but i must say i have not been tempted since, really hated the flu feeling.
i have a few viles in my arsenal but don't know.

how often should you inject primo? and whats a moderate to low dosage that one will see results....? also what should it be stacked with?deca?sust? thanks for your help

i am going for twice a week and dosages range from 100mg to 600mg a week, i am going to do 400mg a week.
i have used deca and it did nada for me so i would say sus at around 500mg a week, i liked the results from sus but di not like the flu symptoms i experienced but i cant knock the gains i got from it.
 
thanks 6ft 5....right now im on my first cycle 350mg sust a week and 25mg dbol a day.....im only in week 2 and already seeing decent gains...from what i hear in week 4 or so is when i should start seeing bigger gains
