Preventing gyno

If you guys could choose one thing to prevent gyno and help with overall PCT, what would it be?

What would you include with a PCT that looks something like this.

I haven't started the cycle (monster/pplex) but I'm terrified of getting gyno. I've been told from some great people on this board that 0.25mg of Arimidex ED would be sufficient, but I was wondering if there were any other options out there.

gotcha...i have no idea what monster or pplex is i assume there pro hormones? if so i guess i cant offer any advice..id try the supp board they may know more

Bro run the Arimdex along side cycle. I never run a cycle without it.
