Well your going to get alot of conflicting info on what you should be about. But i am just going to answer your question ! PCT is probably more important than the cycle,since without it you can flush it all down the toilet IMO..... I have used Clomid and Nolvadex..there are many (pct) including HGC that someone else with the experiance of that product can help you with better than myself..
As far as where to get them..Edit your post,no source questions here, i am talking hypotheticly about this..
First off i had to rearange my entire diet to clean calories..you would not believe what that will do alone..i dropped from 14 % to 11.7% BF without doing anything but Diet change. Chicken boneless skinless/salmon/eggs/oatmeal/brown rice/sweet potato/brocalli/Top round steak-lean/pork-lean cut/ protein and mass shakes/plain fat free yogurt/almonds-no perserves in anything...no boxed shit,canned shit..ect..
Just so i tell you, you should be to your maximum natural potential. Your workout should be on key, and stricked..With all that said.
First cycle should be simple so you can concentrait on all other important aspects IMO ! NOTICE i say this over and over "In my opinion"..LOL.....
Dianabol- wks 1-4 /30mg ed
Sustanon 250- wks 1-12/ 500 mg - divided into two inj.. 1 ML(250mg)each, like monday & Sat.....
Start PCT- 3 weeks after last inj for 3-4 weeks..however/Dose & when you start it ect.. will depend also on what you choose to use for PCT . This was a great beginner cycle for me, got me 20 lbs ..I'm 5'6" so that was awsome..and i kept over half of it after water retention ect .. What ever you do, don't come back on here talking about 3/4 diff AS stacks for your first cycle, or Tren/Fina... for some reason there is a fad with that, and there not beginner cycles..IMO ! You would never now what worked and what didnt....
