pretty crazy. what do you think?

Didn't they say that with the new stem cell research that in the near future life expectancy could rise up to over 100 years?

That's pretty amazing stuff.

very debateable issue, if it helps alzheimers patients and other serious diseases and the stem cells are from already deceased babies, seems okay. Then it seems like scientists are trying to play God a little bit. All in all, I am for it because I think the long term benefits outweigh the moral issues.

I dont know if i understand. check this quote

"Five healthy babies have been born to provide stem cells for siblings with serious non-heritable conditions. This is the first time "saviour siblings" have been created <----(doesnt that sound fucked up? not born, created) to treat children whose condition is not genetic, says the medical team.

i just kind of skimmed the article because i'm about ready to fall asleep. is someone actually giving birth to children and using their stem cells?

It's called style. You see it is considered taboo to use the exact same word for something in concurrent sentences.

I think some people are supposed to die and they will just fuck up the gene pool in the long run...
