preserving my muscle and dieting help....

Hey Im new to the board.

Currently I have around 314 lbs
My target weight is around 260

I workout 5 days per week... whats the best diet for me to lose the weight and preserve my lean body mass so I lose mostly fat and not muscle.

is there any good supplements or things I should be doing to have this result?

if your 314 no need to go on an extreem diet like crums.

i bet that if u cut out all the mac burgerking wendy's etc. youll come a long way allrdy.

start eating 6 clean meals a day, by clean we mean eat food which are close to the way to appear in nature no deep fried shit, some steamed veg fish + pasta for example.
 
most people reccoment body for life program for people just starting out and looking to lose weight, it is fairly easy to follow comparing to other diets, and you can get the book and/or research on the net and find much detailed description on the program. you might want to look up that, if u really want to follow a harder diet any will really work as long as you have a calorie deficit and are eating the proper foods to fulfill your macronutrient ratios, you could try different macronutreint breakdown diets like 50/30/20 or 40/40/20 pro/carb/fat, or keto type diets like crums or ckd.
