I have taken bits and pieces of elements from various tests. This quiz is geared toward the lower-level certs. (ACE, NASM, NSCA, NESTA) If you are taking the CSCS, my understanding is that you need to have a B.S. in a related field. It's nearly impossible to pass the CSCS without having a good understanding of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology and biology.

I don't want to sound too ignorant, but what is NSCA exactly? cause I knw the answers to half these questions :S

Well, I decided I'm going to apply to the NSCA when I get to Canada...and it's not as easy as I thought, it's quite hard actually
