okay, i'm trying to study up on how to bulk successfully so i can give it a go in a few months after cutting is finished and my bodyweight stops fluctuating.

i just needed to feel better about my body before i attempted to bulk.. and learn the discipline of sticking to a predefined diet. also am finally at the point where getting my a$$ to the gym is a much needed pleasure instead of a chore. now i'm super focused on dropping a bit more, and stabilizing so i can then add some LBM in a few months.
