Prep H or Thiomucase??

Are they both more or less the same, or is one better? I was thinking of getting one of the two or even Yohimbine HCL but thats a bit more expensive so I'll probably wait on that one.

peph h only works for a short time-then the effect ends

Thimo is a lot better than prep-h but both only work for a short time.
