How many guys or girls on here think that a Prenup is a good idea?
And girls if a guy asked that you enter into a prenup. How would you feel?
I think they are a must have now a days. With app. 6 out of 10 marriages ending in divorce.
In the case of divorce, why should you have to leave a marriage with less then what you entered with?
YOu should split the equity etc 50/50.
Am I nuts here??

I think its a legit question.
I have seen to many guys get divorced and have to live in a buddys basement etc. Because they lost the house etc.

I think its a good idea. Esp. when you get married young. Almost everyone i know who got married young (under 28) ended up divorced within 10 years.

The courts are really biased in favor of women.

I think it makes more sense the older you get. You acquire more things along the way as you get older. House,pension etc.
I just think things need to be 50/50. Not 80/20 in favor of the women.
Just one mans thought.
