preloading winny??

Alright, I have zambons and last night I figured hey, I will preload tommorrow's shot. This mornin when I went to use it it looked like there was only .75cc but yesterday it was definitely 1cc. I shook it up and it was still .75. THe cap was on the needle and as far as I cn tell none leaked out. What is this all about??? Has this happened to any one??? Thanx ahead of time.

when you initially load the syringe you shake the ampule which foams up the liquid with tiny air bubbles increasing its volume. after sitting for a while the air settles out. even if you shake it in the syringe later you will never get it back to the same volume.

Thats exactly what happened. I alway pull a little more into the point when taking winny for that reason alone.

Well hold on!!! Zambons are only 1cc. Did you use the full amp?
If so, you might have had some leakage since it is water based.

If you was some left in the amp, well then thats your fault.

Yes I used the full amp. I guess there was leakage but I dont see any residue of it in ther needle cap or anything. Guess I wont preload any more...
