Prednisone isn't anabolic, in fact it's just the opposite. Birth control pills are also a steroid and they're not anabolic either.

Anyway dude, 86 the idea or raiding the old lady's stash and start reading. Not all steroids are the muscle building kind, but many share the same shitty side effects.

I use prednisone for a stomach problem sometimes and it is not the same as anabolic steroids. It will increase your appetite but you will probably just get fat and retain a huge amount of water.

Birth control pills are also a steroid and they're not anabolic either.

Actually progestins can promote muscle growth, certain ones can anyhow.

Yes, it is a steroid but not an ANABOLIC steroid

Progesterone, estrogen are also steroids, but are female hormones.

Confused? Steroid refers to a molecule structure that all steroids share to a degree, yet their effects vary a lot.

Only "anabolic steroids" or "androgenic steroids" have anabolic properties.
