well, the verdict is in .
TC -211, LDL-108, VLDV-21, HDL-82, trygl-104 I like the lipid profile results! :)

Liver function: ALT-32, AST-31
Not sre what this stuff is but: ALP-51, Albumin-4.5, T Bili-0.6, GGT-33.
Interesting, I have a history of high SGOT (now called AST?). I've been on milk thysle for a little over 1 year now and its in the normal range.

Cholesterol: I've alway had high HDL but my LDL are typically higher, looks as though my supplimentation has had some postiv impact on lipid profiles.

SO, looks like everything is in line to start

its quite a list sig but here goes.
green tea (extract caps & at least 3 cups a day)
grape see extract
CLA
omega 3's
saw palmetto
multi V + additional C, B complex, E,
Also diet is pretty strict, NO transfats.
Breakfast every day includes a protien shake with 1 cup of raw oatmeal blended in and also 1 cup yogurt (fermented dairy products have been shown to improve lipids) and 1 tbsp of natty peanut butter.
4oz of red wine every evening with diner.

On cycle I will include 20 mg nolva per day as well as policosonol and no flush niacin. I will also increase my omegas and CLA to a coulple of grams per day.
Some items listed may have not ever been shown to help lipids but I'm hoping they are synergistic to the ones that do.

Thanks for posting that up bro. My supp regime is pretty extensive too :)

I use Policosanol off cycle as well as on and stay on R-ALA, Tyler's Detox (lower dose) pretty much all year round. Sesamax is another good supp I've recently added for keeping cholesterol in check.

My general philosophy is to maintain as healthy a lifestyle as possible, especially when incorporating AAS.

Yes, I have some sesamax also to use n this coming cycle. I have been trying to determin what is in it to help with lipids though, right now I am thinking it something that contains more linoleic acid??

How much do blood tests usually cost? Does insurance cover them? If not, how much do they cost out of pocket?

covered by ins. not sure what you would have to pay out of pocket but if you have not had them done in a while definitley good info to have.
