I am planning on running some T3 in preparation for a competition. I have used it twice before. I am not using this as a crutch but more so in an attempt to keep my metabolism high as I continue to increase my cardio. I want to take as little as possible to see the best results while maintaining my muscle. Here is my plan that would start 5 weeks out from the show and end 7 days after the show. I am running it with gh also and want to fully utilize the benefits by adding the T3. Comments? Suggestions?
