I am 26 days away from a show and I hired a pro to do my diet and drug stack. He has lowered all my doses ( even took me off of tren ). Decreased my cardio and increased my calories. He put me on a no carb high fat and protien diet. I figured drugs n cardio should go uo up and calories should come down does anyone have any good precontest stacks n diets they reccommend ?
