whatup fellas. need a bit of input here. doing a novice comp here shortly. am a bit over 15 wks out right now.
Im 5' 8 178 around 15%-17% bf or so. 33 yrs old btw.. been out of the game for a LONGGGG time.. havent done a cycle in a few yrs but all the muscle memory is definately coming back as Ive been hitting the gym hardcore. diet has been very strict and on point. over the past 5-6 months have lost roughly 40 lbs. only thing i was doing basically was low fat (calories in vs calories out deficiency.. hit a bit of a plateau and now switched up to a ckd and it seems to be working well.. i have the absolute confidence as well as the knowledge and info to get myself absolutely shredded diet-wise as well as the training. what i need is a bit of help from some of the knowledgeable bro's from a chemical standpoint. like i said, its been awhile since i have done a cycle. i do not want to touch anything aside from test, prop which i have on hand...(maybe, just maybe var or primo towards the end)...also have all my pct lined up. how long should i wait before jumping on my prop. im thinking of going 100mgs M-W-F starting up in wk 4- wk 16.. that would be a 13wk cycle. is that pushing it a bit too long? should i wait a bit longer to jump on it or would 13 wks be ok? from previous cycles, my body responds very well to low doses. I am blessed with good genetics in that regard. help me out with some info...have done natural comps way back in the day and i know the entire process as far as getting ready for competition but im very new to competition with "added chemicals"...def not a beginner when it comes to cycles though as I have done plenty in the past..just need some advice...
