I've heard nothing but good results about Amp02. I will be ordering a couple bottles after I get paid but I have a question about Pre-Workout Supps. My first pre-workout supplement was Red Blast. From what I experienced it was good and always helped me go above and beyond in the gym. I ran out so I bought naNO Vapor to try before I purchase Amp02. The supplement is OK but not as good as Red Blast.
My question is, what is the proper way to take this product? I usually take it on a empty stomache, about 4 hours after my last meal. I drink more than enough water while I am in the gym. The problem is, I feel the effect kind of wear off like I'm getting use to it. Am I drinking TOO much water or should I not worry about it and just try Amp02?
