Pre-Workout Supplement

I've heard nothing but good results about Amp02. I will be ordering a couple bottles after I get paid but I have a question about Pre-Workout Supps. My first pre-workout supplement was Red Blast. From what I experienced it was good and always helped me go above and beyond in the gym. I ran out so I bought naNO Vapor to try before I purchase Amp02. The supplement is OK but not as good as Red Blast.

My question is, what is the proper way to take this product? I usually take it on a empty stomache, about 4 hours after my last meal. I drink more than enough water while I am in the gym. The problem is, I feel the effect kind of wear off like I'm getting use to it. Am I drinking TOO much water or should I not worry about it and just try Amp02?
 
I may not be the best candidate as I've only been using it for two days but this is what has always worked for me on no xplode and seems to work with AMP 02. I just eat a meal, wait 1 hour or so, pop the AMP 02 pills < i take 8> and then I drink like 20z of water + with it and while im driving to the gym i eat a bannana or a piece of toast and Im AMP'd up for hours
 
red blast was good for pumps but not alot else imo. amplify 02 focus and strength/rep gains are unbeatable. omega reccomends to take 30-45 mins before workout with a piece of toast or fruit along with 20 oz (i think) of water. i only weight train for an hour each time and didnt feel the effects wear off while i was at the gym, an excellent must have supplement
