If you eat outs pre workout say 2 hours before, with some whey powder would it be more beneficial to blend it into an MRP or cook it normally?
I usually blend it into an MRP but i have been told this increases it's GI and was wondering if I ate it plain it'd give me sustained energy.
Any thoughts?
