just browsing through a couple threads , whats ideal pre workout for someone that can only train at 5am ?
i usually get up at 4am and try get a serving whey (20g pro) and a small bowl oats into mysystem at 4.15 , then drink a few glasses water and an eca , and start hitting the weights round 5.15 to 5.30
is this sufficient ?
