What kind of carbs do you guys prefer to take in just before a workout? Today I had 40g of protein pre workout and did not get the same feeling as when I workout with carbs in my system. Just curious as to type, ratio of carbs to protein, and time span before working out you guys ingest your nutrients??? I have yet to experiment with this a lot, so maybe a few pointers.
