Since day 1 of weight training I've heard all about the protien and carbs that one needs for a post workout meal, but I still don't fully understand the pre workout meal. I usually wake up and immedialty have some plain bread, juice, and go lift. Is this correct or should I have more carbs and wait an hour or so for them to digest? Or am I completely wrong and there is something else I could do for a PRE workout meal? Thanks folks
