Whats up guys? I'm playing ncca div.1 baseball and not familiar with watching my caffiene intake, taurine, propietary blends, etc. Anyways I'd fail a ncaa drug test with that. yes it's stupid. I'm wondering is there anything out there that i can take before a workout to get maximum energy, like no xplode or amplify02 that doesnt contain caffiene? And do yall bros know how long that stuff would stay in my system if i'm drinking a gallon of water a day? thanks bros.
