I generally eat something about 30-60 minutes before I go to the gym- then I have an hour to spare- Wondering what some people out there do to pass that time...

For me it is usually some NCAA football on the playstation (the only time I play) or maybe watching 30 minutes or so at the beginning of WWE- gets me thinking about getting stronger and bigger and allows the food to digest.... Of course the short drive there also has the standard TOOL, System of a Down, etc along the way which never hurts....

Do you guys have anything you do to get mentally in the mode?
 
depends on the day. If work was a hard day I try and lay down and kind of meditate, sort of preparing my body for the carnage that will ensue. I like to put on teiko drums while I lay there then right before i head out the door I usually hit up white zombie's more human than human.
