Pre-Season Upper 2 Power Clean PR again

I cleaned for a new 3 rep PR, but was still a little cocky with the weight and missed the last rep on the last set with 2 exercises.

Power Cleans
135x4
165x3
195x2
225x1
245x3x2 PR
245x2 ( dropped the last rep from around stomach height, big boom !! )

Standing OHP ( no more jerks :D )
45x8
95x6
115x4
135x6x2
135x5 ( popeed myself in the chin on the 5th rep and got 6 to around my nose :mad: )

Dips
3x8 BW ( easy, adding weight next time, noticed big strength improvement in my tris recently )

Pullups
3x6 BW ( PR, ye a shitty PR but a PR nonetheless, full 3x6 with no assist )

Im still hitting better numbers even after cutting some calories, only taking in around 3.5k a day compared to 4.0-4.2k a day ) gotta cut a little stomach and love handle fat before season starts. I start running hardcore again next week since im done bulking. Got about 5 pounds id say in 1.5 months, mainly legs and some arms and back.
 
Are you building up to a certain volume/intensity of running? It'll be a major shock to the system otherwise.
 
are you doing OHP onthe Smith Machine??? just curious cause on free weight you prob wont hit your face.. LOL!

(sorry-- pressing 135 into your chin has to hurt!)
