Pre or Post Run Protein Shake ?

My question is this if I am going to weight lift for about 45- 60 minutes and prior I do a 10 - 15 minute cardio warm up, usually I'll do cycling for about 3.60 mile in 10 mintues or run 1.5. My question is should I take a protein shake with creatne and l-glutamine prior to running or right after running prior to weight lifting.
 
I have awesome results when I slam a shake right after my workout while I'm in the locker room. Then I have another later on that day. Hope this helps.

If I am doing cardio only in the am - EMPTY STOMACH

Doing a shake b-4 imo - will help maximize gains in mass and strength....I prefer to take 5 grams creatine per AND post training....to follow the program I sent you - I would do the shake before hand and after if possible
