Pre-existing Gyno

Got an interesting topic I thought would be good discussion material. I am lucky to never have had to deal with gyno, but I've been reading a lot about trying to get rid of pre-existing gyno. I have read everything from you can't do it, to you can if it is less than two years old. Some say letrozole works others say it only works on very small lumps. I figure this would be a good topic for the vets to voice their opinions on.

I had a good sized lump under my right nip for the last 2 years(from deca I believe) and I recently ran 1.25mg of Letro ED during a cycle for 6 weeks and the lump dissipated to almost nonexistence. But...my nip is stretched permanently so if you get gyno don't wait this long to hit the letro.
