hairloss topicals if needed.
Liver protectant if needed
PCT to keep gains and get body back to normal.
pre and post workout supplementation.
Good vitamin and mineral supplementation.
Proper training routine with mixed exercises and rest.
pre workout stimulant, ECA, T-rex
walkman/cd or mp3 player to set the mood and keeps you focused, by blocking all the cranberries in the GYM.
Show up ready to crank with a rath of god, badass attitude, no kissing yourself in the mirror stuff.
