nice pics from the male perspective -:) but can you also tell us what is the goal of your cylce??? from the pics alone it seems to me that you can still put on some muscle naturally, but it is very hard to see on the little ones.

From what I can see, you look very nice. :)

What is your training like? What are you going to cycle? How long have you been training? Goals?

Just curious! :)

very nice body...like the tats....and????? lighting is very important when showing muscle...the light you have is very broad and flat...which will make for a smooth appearence...it does not take away from your body structure ( which is very nice) but it will not show contrast=definition....

still learning how to use this camera. It has a bunch of different features but trying to find time in between school, work, and the gym is hard.

Anyway bf% is 26 right now and I want to get down b/t 19-21%. I have a background in cheerleading, so I plan on getting invloved in fitness and competing next year. I am graduating in may, so I will have more time to dedicate to tumbling and fitness training. This August I will try out for Spurs Silverdancers- because I love perfoming and dancing and it has been a dream since I was 5.

As far as traning goes I work out with my boyfriend. I do a lot of concentration stuff with not too much weight- high reps. I had recently hurt my bad knee, so I have not been able to run as much as I used to. So I have incorporated cardio into my workout doing calestetics and such.

Thanks guys for your support

Why are you doing a cycle? I think that's the last thing you should be thinking about doing.

What exactly are your goals? Are you looking to put on muscle or just lose fat? Both can be achieved with the correct diet and weight training.

Trying to put some muscle on my body. It not like I just started working out this year and decided that I was going to use gear. I have been training and watching my diet for 3-4 years. There are times when my diet is way off, but I have learned what I can and can't eat.

You said before that you do low weight for high reps. Is this the routine you've always followed?

To put on muscle, you should lift heavy and eat a lot. Have you looked into the 5X5 training method on the training board? I've been doing this since September and it's helped me pack on quite a bit of muscle. What's your diet like?

mbrooke5: so.. let me explain to you something real quick - if you do not have your diet dialed in and you take gear:

a) you will not build any more muscle
b) you will get the sides
c) you will waste your $$

Post your diet, your routine and your stats - weight, height, age, etc so we can help you out and see what we can do here.. Just because you have been training for a couple of years and train w/your bf - does not mean that you do it right -:)

have all the details on my computer at home. I will get it in here so I can hear what other ideas I can impelment.

hi mbrooke5,

i'm with smb69...

Everyone has their own reasons for doing a cycle-period.
However, we all have our own natural growth ability that we should try to attain first (IMHO). Getting a good muscle base and as smb said about dialing in your diet are so imperative. Not to sound preachy, gear isnt magic, and you should really review what your long term goals are...because sides, if you get them, come with those long term goals. Try to find out as much as you can from testomonials such as here on EF, figure out if it's something you really want to venture into, and go from there.

It is but a piece of the pie that will create that body you see in your mind...perhaps. Then again, going for that natural base first, putting your diet in serious check, consuming adequate protien, really lifting heavy for a gooooood while may bring you where you want to be. So one investment at a time....but use what you have before you first.
whatever you choose, train hard and good luck.
