I've been off of my cutting cycle for 8 weeks now...Starting my mass cycle sometime this next week
I attribute my gains to: going from a low cal keto diet, to a higher calorie diet, and stepping up my trainiing and sleep
Anyway in the 8 weeks i was off, i put on 7.5lbs with a minimal fat gain
