pre contest/modelling, two days before, day of...

Hi there

I have to do some modelling this weekend, and unfortunately haven't really had time to prepare. It was kind of an unexpected thing... I look fine, but I just wanted to ask what you guys do as a pre contest workout to get a good full body pump going...????....??

Also, what does your diet look like? vascularity is a must, so i was thinking of carb loading?? waht do ou think? any ideas for diet over the next few days? (I have to go in on sunday)

Also, I have a fashion show to model for in a few weeks (just a fun charity thing, i think I have to be auctioned off after to for the night) :-) I was wondering what your pre-contest routines look like from about two or three weeks out....

any tips would be appreciated!

Given the short time you have to prepare it may not be the same as pre-contest preparation. Though, some tips may help...
I wouldn't go for carb loading, rather the opposite, keeping your carbs low compensating your proteins according to your bodyweight. Of course, no cheating at all.
Get some diuretic product such as thiumucase.
 
Well, conveniently enough, I am already just aobut ot the end of a cutting cycle. Obviously its not going to be possible to spend the usualy 25 weeks or so preparing, but my diet already consists of 1500kCal/Day, 225g protein, 80g carbs, and 30g fat. This is the diet I usually run for about the last two or three weeks of a cut to finish up. I'm also taking EC stacks twice daily, cardio twice daily (6:30am and 8pm)


anyone have any advice? remember, key here is to look vascular on the day of the shoot.... also, the other thing I had to model for got bumped back to mid november, so it gives me a bit more time to prepare ;-)

Anyone? Come on, I know some of you guys are competitors or models, what do you do training wise to get a good full body pump before you go on stage
