alright....here's the situation
right now I am 11 wks. out from my show. My stats. right now are 5'8" tall, 230 lbs. , at about 12% bf. I've already started my pre-contest cycle it's 100mg winny eod, cytomel (I started out at 20mcgs ed and I'm gradually moving up) and I'm going to start some EQ in about 2-3 wks and I'm going to add some nolvadex into the mix at about 4-5 weeks out. My problem is my diet. right now I'm getting 210/270/42 in a carbs/protein/fat ratio. right now. I'm not sure when I should cut my carbs and fat lower to be in the right condition for contest time or if I should start doing that now. If any of you guys could give me a hand I would surely appreciate it. Thanks!!!
