train @ 530
regime for gaining lean muscle mass and minimizing fat !!
for 210 lb lean male 5'9

330-345 meal before workout
balanced meal
50-60 protein
40-50 carbs
10-15 fat mostly EFAS

530 sip during workout
20 grams whey isloate
5 grams bcaas
5 grams glutmein
5 grams creatine

post work
50-60 dextrose
40 whey isolate
10 grams glutmiene
10 grams bcaas
10 grams glutemine

wait an hour and


10 oz turkey burger
2 cups veggies

2-3 hours later
6 oz chicken with 5 egg whites
2 cups vegetable
2 teaspoon flax
10 grams fiber (15 was way too much and actaully caused me bloated and constipated !! ) bad

is that all the food you eat?

it looks fine, but if it's all the food you eat, you need to increase meal uptake to earlier times.
