Pre and Post Workout Nutrition

just wondering what products everyone has had the most success with?

currently i'm taking NOxplode before my workout and WHEY afterwards with a egg, ham and cheese sandwich. anything else i should be doing? i've heard amp02 is better than NOxplode

U may want to reconsider ur sandwich - all that fat will slow digestion of meal
 
Your pre-workout is good

Post workout you want quick protein and quick carbs. Fat post workout is a no no...

Whey protein w/ Dextrose is good or even a shake and some fruit...
 
I start with 6g BCCA and 10g Glutamine within 2 minutes of finishing my workout
stretch then 10 minutes after i use 80g maxy waze and 40g isolate protein mixed with water.

I always keep away from bread no matter the time of day. and as INGRAM said fat post workout isn't good. fast protein and carbs.

Preworkout- 6-8g L-arginine, 6g BCAAS, 10g Glutamine, 1.25g ALA, 5g cretain sthyl ester mixed with 40g glucose. always helps to boast my workout. not a cheap combo but lasts a long time.

creatine pre and post
isolate with carbs post
 
What Ingram said, Regular flavor Gatorade with some Vanilla Protein like Opt. Nutrition or Probolic from MHP tastes pretty good.
 
what i do is...

Pre - super250/6g of BCAA
Pose - Mega Gainer (DYMATIZE) shake with some frozen fruit, 6g BCAA

The Mega Gainer gives you 600 cals, 81g carbs, 60g protien, 3g fat
