Practical nutrition during a cycle

Hi everyone,

I'm in the middle of a cycle and I'm starting to wonder if my nutrition is really optimal. With heavy training, I don't always manage to prepare substantial meals, and sometimes I have to resort to quick solutions to avoid falling into deficit.
Do any of you use “quick” or freeze-dried meals to supplement your normal diet during a cycle? Just to get a regular intake without spending hours in the kitchen. Can this really help you keep up the pace without affecting your gains?

get an air fryer. You can cook just about anything in that. It does the work for you so it literally doesn't even take any time on your end.
 
don't eat frozen processed junk. that isn't healthy. you need to prep your own healthy food
 
it takes 1-2 hours 2x a week to food prep. all you need is a rice cooker, air fryer, pan, and containers. you can prep anything you want to last 3-4 days
