Closed it 4 times in right hand. My best was 1.5 before. I havent trained with the grippers at all in months. So its strange. I just picked up the #2 and did it. I never really trained with them before, just played with them alot before my injury. I think some of this new strength increase is do to the M1T Ive been cycling on and off of. Ive been staying on very low dosages, but Ive made some major gains lately. My forearms are just as small as before, but Im guessing this shit is giving me all around strength increases. I just started on it again 2 days ago. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!
