my training has been absolute crap lately due to various shit in my life and lack of motivation.
but today I worked out at school during my fitness class and through up the 80lb db's for 8,a pr and I havent trained chest in like 3 weeks
and I hit weighted dips with a 20lb db for 3 sets of four,when just 2 weeks ago I was only getting 2 sets of 8 on the assist machine with 100lbs on it,how I added that strength I have no idea,but it was fucking sick
just thought id share, and let everyone know that this was the motivation to sort my shit out and fucking get back on track,hopefully this will help the other guys in a slump
