M muscelove New member Jan 5, 2007 #1 was doin my normal dead workout last night and decided to see what i could get for 1. Pulled 405 without a belt or straps. Then upped it to 455 and got out the straps and pulled that bitch up!!!!! Im working with about 375 for about 5 or 6
