I want to do a few different stacks. Each one getting me closer to my ideal weight and muscle. I want to lose as much fat as possible for the first one, while gaining some muscle would be icing on the top. The second cycle I want to do more of a recomp- trade fat for muscle sorta deal. The third one, maybe another recomp. I want to try different things, any ideas? Thank you.
I am currently running a keto diet, moderate weight training because of an injury, dermacrine, dermatherm target, endoamp max, toco-8, ibcaas, cla, fish oil, MAP, and Rx6. This is working very well for me, to gain a little bit of lean mass while cutting fat in the midsection.
Generally recomp is very difficult, and this diet is really sucking. Basically eating eggs, salmon, low carb whey shakes, peptopro (MAP), and a handful of almonds. The Rx6 and dermacrine are keeping energy up. With my daily cals between 1200-1500 the dermatherm target is doing its job and burning the fat off my stomach for fuel. Usually doing a carb up on the weekends just to keep myself sane.
I was in the middle of a dirty bulk when I was injured, up to about 217lbs. The first month after the injury I continued to eat fairly dirty and wasn't training at all, lost some muscle and probably added a little fat. Have been doing this new diet and supps for about 5 weeks, started training again about three weeks ago, and am down to 195lb now. Noticeably more lean, larger muscles, with decreased fat. This is working better than I would have planned.
